How do you calculate number of members?

The number of members you will be billed for is the average number of small group-members you have during the month, counted at the end of each day.

Do you have any materials I can use to explain Togather to my church?

Yes! We will have some marketing collateral available soon.

What happens if my church changes tiers in the middle of a month?

We want you to be able to focus on the hearts and minds of your members not managing your tech, so we make this seamless for you. You will always be notified when your usage surges outside of the tier you're paying for, and our billing system allows a grace period to ensure you're aware of any package change.
